How far will the Carolina Panthers go in 2010?

I don't see the Panthers losing more than 9 games under John Fox. They never do. How many games do you think they will win and will they make the playoffs? Will a new Quarterback in Matt Moore, The RB tandem Double Trouble and Steve Smith get the Panthers on top of the NFC South?
