What do you think will happen to dr conrad murry?

I read on the net he will be charge for murder, and could up to 5 yrs. THIS SEEMS SO SENSELESS to me. This man practiced medicine a way that to me is unheard of. I mean giving a man medicine that should only be given in a hospital ,under very strict supervision. Now it looks like he may get a pat on the back. where is the justice?
