2 narcotic officers came to my house n forced their way in w/out `a warrant looking for drugs i never had?

i gave them permission to search my house cuz i had no illegal drugs but i had a presciption in my g/f's purse.they arrested her for possesion w/intent 2 deliver ,it was just us there nobody else she hasnt been i ndited n i hear their not going to proscute her can i sue????
