Anyone know of a place to rent scooters in Champagne, France or Venice, Italy?

We are traveling to both regions, and are interested in touring the countryside of either place on a scooter! We noticed there are rental options in other areas in Italy and France, but need them to be specifically based out of Champagne or Venice.
