How many people carry crystals around in their pocket to attract different things into their life?

Just curious if this is a common phenomenon a couple people I met did. Do any of you guys do it. I have found brown jasper to be helpful in grounding, smokey quartz to be helpful in collecting (instead of letting it into my aura) prayer energy sent at me, and rose quartz to be helpful in attracting more friends or people to be more friendly and Clear Quartz useful in preventing junk from other peoples auras in getting on me. The lady at my counseling office couldn't even name the crystals she had or what they did though, but my friend Lorie knows and carries around the correct ones for the given situation. The lead singer in a band (local artist) I knew empowered a quartz by chanting some words from "The Satanic Bible" lust ritual to attract a "partner" for the night and it worked, White Jasper seems to be even more powerful in collecting negative energies and preventing them from collecting on my aura. I have several other crystals I only use on special occasions such as malacite (if I spelled that right) increases energy sent out in spells, and citrine (calms fears/anxiety) what crystals do you find useful.
