I have Gall Bladder Stones & need surgery to remove it but the dr. won't do surgery due to my severe Scoliosis?

I was born with a birth defect called Spina Bifida (with a Myelomeningocele). Along with the Spina Bifida I was also born with SEVERE Scoliosis for which I've had metal rods placed on either side of my spine (but they don't keep me or my spine straight because one of them broke right after surgery). Anyways, I'm in TONS & TONS of pain because I have gall bladder stones. But I've been to 2 different hospitals & the surgeons won't do surgery because I can't lay down flat so therefore they don't see HOW they could even reach my gall bladder to take it out. And they don't want to hurt my body/kill me in the process of trying to get to my gall bladder to take it out... My sister is searching for any local internists/surgeons who have experience with people who have Spina Bifida & severe Scoliosis who know more of what they're doing & who would be able & willing to do surgery to take my gall bladder out so I can FINALLY be rid of this HORRIBLE pain! But my sister hasn't been able to find any internists/surgeons who specialize in people with Spina Bifida & severe Scoliosis! I NEED HELP! THE AREA I LIVE IN IS PHOENIX, ARIZONA, USA. CAN ANYONE HELP ME OR RECOMMEND ANYTHING OR ANY WEBSITES OR ANYTHING WHERE I CAN FIND THE RIGHT DR. THAT I NEED TO GET MY GALL BLADDER TAKEN OUT??? PLEASE HELP ME!!! I'VE BEEN IN SOOOO MUCH PAIN!!! :-(
