Sleeping Pill ID?

I have been having a lot of trouble sleeping and someone I know gave me a sleeping aid, and I forgot what it was called. Since I don't what it is and don't want to use it if not OTC. I haven't been able to find it on-line it has ROCHE 2 imprinted on it and it is round and white, nothing cut out of center. Anyone know what this is, or a site to search by description.
