What can the United States Navy offer me?

I'm considering joining the Navy to further my education and accelerate my life but I only want to join if they have some interesting programs available. I do not want any combat. I want to participate in a program that will heighten my education and set me up for a new exciting future. Sorry but I cannot articulate my desires right now. Can anyone with any knowledge perhaps list some programs they offer? Anything at all that would help. Thanks.
