Today I made a sandwich with frozen bread, stored it in a container and put it in my bag. Around 5 hours later when I pulled my sandwich out and the bread was defrosted (it tasted delicious btw). I was wondering though, where did the water go? The bread and filling wasn't soggy nor was there any water or moisture in the container. There's probably a simple answer like bread doesnt have a high water content ... but I'm not science-y and want to know the explanation because my logic says there should be at least a little water :)
