I would keep the 94. Change the pads and rotors that will cost about 60 buck if you do it yourself. The mounts are cheap buy them over the net and take it to a local shop they will do for about 80 bucks and while your there have them fix the boot so the leaking stops overall the 94 will cost less to fix.
