Why youtube is not working?

so i go to youtube.com and i click on a video and then i wait for it to start but it doest it just black the mvidoe it no started i dont know whats wrong i have dell inspiron laptop is it the laptop problem cuz my sis she goes on youtube and it works fine plzzz help if u dont know it dont answer i really need help
