Do you think lack of Neanderthal DNA is the reason why European and Asian civilizations are much more advanced?

Your looking at this in a dangerously wrong way. Modern man co existed with Neanderthals and some interbreeding did take place and some hybrids were created but the species died off as well as the Neanderthals. Some speculate that these hybrid "noids" aka Bigfoot abonible snowman etc still exist today. But to get back to your point the reason why Africa hasnt been able to "advance" as you say is because of European intervention. That entire continent has endured the genocidal pillaging by Europeans for centuries and even today are still in the grasps of the corporate elite because they basically took over all their natural resources forcing them into a system of poverty and depravation unlike anywhere else in the world. They tried it with the Chinese too with Opium but Mao Tse was having none of that which led to the great Opium wars. Unfortunately the Africans were too divide amungst themselve to be able to drive the Europeans out like the Chinese. These things have nothing to do with DNA or genetics.
