Low fat nacho cheese dip?

I love the Frito's cheese dip. The mild & jalapeno are reaalllyyy good. (Omnomnom) Anyways, I am trying to go on a diet.. like eat healthier at first then a diet sorta. (Idk if that makes sense.) But uhm I wanted to know if anyone knew a cheap priced low fat nacho cheese dip? I wanted to make roasted potatos tomorrow for dinner with cheese & sour cream. Its Mexican night so if anyone has any other ideas let me know. I am trying to stay on a low budget. No rude answers please. Thank you.
