What are these symptoms?

I felt very sick like 5 days and I felt like vomiting but I couldn't so I forced myself to vomit by puting my finger in my throat. Then like 4 days I been feeling very bad like everytime I eat and swallow my chest hurts alot like pinching and I have heartburn and a very bad pain in the back. It hurts when I swallow even water. I can't go 2 the hospital because I don't have any money. I tried peptobismal, pain releasing pills. Idk what it is can please somebody help me I'm in pain :.(
