When did you start buying stuff for the baby?

We started buying at around 16 weeks just some gender neutral things. We now have quite a few boy things and our crib, pack n play and travel system. I feel like we're definitely NOT ready enough for being 25 weeks. But everyone is different and I know some people aren't going to start buying stuff until they are 33 weeks or so! Seems crazy to me but if it works for you, then it's fine.
